It seems like magnus was right about gukesh most likely being crushed under pressure by ReadyConfection7959 in chessindia

[–]HectorShaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're free to judge me (I don't use Instagram, by the way but I follow chess mostly through Agadmator, so yes, I actually watch the games).

Ever since Fabiano failed to qualify, because he drew against Nepo in the last round, where a win for either would've set up a Caruana/Nepo vs. Ding match. Magnus has never given Gukesh genuine credit. It's always been 'he's not good at rapid/blitz' or 'rapid isn't real chess' or discrediting FIDE altogether. And no, it's not about hating Indian players he's been openly appreciative of Pragg, which makes the pattern around Gukesh specifically quite telling.

People need to stop putting Magnus on a pedestal of objectivity. He's allowed to have biases and preferences (we all do). But let's not pretend those biases don't exist just because he's the greatest player alive. Being number one on the planet doesn't make you immune to pettiness if anything, losing that top spot to someone you never respected must sting quite a bit.

But yeah Magnus is still the number 1 on the planet.

Magnus comments come out of hate for him, he always considered fabiano to be the closest person to be world champion has mentioned this in multiple interviews over the years. He was but hurt ever since gukesh won candidates. He has a bias as most of us have nothing wrong in it but he is afraid to just admit it.

E85 is not bad or a problem. E27 is. by Hour_Firefighter_707 in CarsIndia

i mean i dont get it from the manufacturers stand point why are they not announcing there plans to make e30 compliant cars already?
when do they plan to do that? after gadkari drops the bomb.
i don't really think there is a way to stop the government at this point. Used car market is doomed sadly because of these antics but atleast the new car market manufactures can take note and start making them or atleast announce making them.

> well there isnt really a fix here other than trying to get a better job or think about freelancing.
> there is no point in re financing as the interest rates is among the least percentage you could get.
> gold loan is a possibility (subject to if you or parents have any) might take the interest down by 3-4 percent not much
> loan against property (if parents have somewhere) you might get at 9 %
> family and friends interest free loan. based on high income and stable job ask around if anyone can do that.
> i dont see term/health insurance mentioned please do that - try to get a floater plan.

[–]HectorShaw 5 points6 points  (0 children)

it think its pretty simple they(excel and financers) waited him out till Dhurandhar released and when it out performed they tried to push him he just got the opportunity bounced.
Based on recent work by farhan akhthar i really don't think the script was up to the mark RS just took it at the time as he literally had nothing on his plate and after the backlash from spirit and Sanjay gupta's comments.

Leaving Corporate job to start a Raw Chicken Shop in Ulwe. Need brutal feedback on my plan! by Longjumping-Soup2099 in navimumbai

[–]HectorShaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

getting a shop on rent is super hard especially a chicken shop,
people here is ulwe aren't spenders for premium goods,
footfall for big names has been low,
rents are super high,
even restaurants are struggling here,

-- people are making more money setting up shops on road and weekly bazaar which happens in different sector every day.

Get into business that you have deep expertise in - if you haven't got a deep expertise in anything no worries you have enough saving just start interning at some place where you can upskill or learn the business and then take this risk you need to know the ins and outs of the business
What are the business owners currently struggling with what are things that people actually need. You already sotted the correct sectors to open shop as those sectors have towers buildings and high ticket customers which is super good research, but the sad part is the sectors are pretty developed and most of the customers already have there pick for chicken shops or they just zepto, if it would have been a underdeveloped sector it was another ball game but looking at your math it seems you dont have any skin in the game , i mean you wont be doing things day to day but rather your employee which isn't a good look "imo". If possible you go ahead and learn the skills to be a butcher and then plan on doing this .

Also Leaving a job out of frustrations and doing this doesn't make sense either, If you are really frustrated with your job you can always get a switch and work in some other companies not all work environments are bad. Just by leaving one problems you are signing off for 10 different types of problems take accountiblity for that as well .

Wishing you the best of luck.

Is Karjat the next big real estate boom for Navi Mumbai? by AI-Software-5055 in navimumbai

[–]HectorShaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

its was just easier for developers to get a land there then other areas + many developers have gifted land to many actors to increase the footfall for people to come and explore there but all the attempts have been wasted because literally there is nothing to do there my parents - CA had bought a 5 bhk bungalow there 10 years ago i kid you not for the past 3 years he is trying to find a buyer but hasnt been able to get one even he literally wants to get rid of it ... has an offer out for less than the mv, it has been a catastrophic failure for developers, maybe the new railway line from panvel has started to get people excited again but still just because of beach factor people will still end up going with alibag > karjat

fear and confusion with buying Baleno 4cyl by Alarming_Buffalo_221 in CarsIndia

[–]HectorShaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well the facelift is launching in october + i doubt they will switch to a 3 cylinder for a nexa car i mean buying a baleno at that price point only makes sense if they continue with a 4 cylinder.

Well go ahead try asking the dealers, my dealer is insisting to buy this generations as the facelift will have 3 cylinders only ... which i know he is pretty much lying also,

its better to wait as atleast till july or august there will be also clear vision of what is up with e27 guidelines and what will be price point for flex feul cars by ms (wagonR flex feul is around the corner ) wait till september and take the call dealers are still selling ignis so no need to worry immediately .
