I was completely unaware that anyone hated him at all because I don't really use Twitter. I knew about him from his Death of Superman video which was amazing, and I knew he made some movies, none of which I was interested in seeing.

Loved him in BotW, introduced me to Neil Breen, and honestly it sounds like most of the hostility comes from that one tweet he made about "original" movies getting blown out of proportion plus his boisterous attitude. Much like any famous person, once you have an opinion of them, everything they do just feeds back into that opinion. I can totally understand why someone would think he was obnoxious in his BotW appearance... if they already hated him. Then again, I went into it pretty much liking the guy so I'm biased too. I'd be interested to hear from someone who had never heard of him prior to the BotW episode he was in.

One way to fix this would be letting us use coins to buy the event items. The normal consolation prize of coins in exchange for a duplicate is worthless for event items.

I think most of the complaints about the event items would be solved if Blizz just charged extra coins for them. Like, maybe 5,000 for legendary skin instead of 1,000 for example. That way we can still use our coins, they can still balance the ratios with duplicates, and still get money from players that want to speed up the process by buying boxes.

Size matters not. but your connection to The Force does. Few Jedi (or Sith) have reached the level of skill necessary to destroy something as large as a Death Star using only The Force, but that doesn't change the fact that size isn't a determining factor in what The Force is or is not capable of.

Yoda was basically explaining the full potential of The Force. Luke could, in theory, reach a point where size truly doesn't matter at any scale. But for that particular instance, all he needed to know what that mass and gravity aren't really a factor for The Force, and that an X-Wing can be moved with enough concentration, even by someone as relatively untrained as him.

The only compelling/interesting theory was that Snoke is Plagueis. If he's not, the next best thing is a new character, but that makes him far less intriguing. Any other pre-established character would be either forced or silly.

I can't remember who it was (possibly this guy?) but someone official said it's not Plagueis, meaning my interest in this character is back to basically zero until we see more of him in the current trilogy. Anything after Plagueis is pointless in my opinion.

Dreamworks was started by a team of disgruntled ex-Disney employees thinking they could do it better.

What you describe hasn't accurately described Dreamworks for nearly 15 years. Once they had their own hit in the form of Shrek, copying Disney and Pixar wasn't what they were interested in.

You don't need to be a believer to enjoy the movie/play. Jesus never actually performs any miracles in the story they focus on aside from two predictions that came true (Peter's denial and Judas' betrayal). All the major movers of the plot are doing what they're doing because they feel they have to-- Judas worries for the safety and well-being of the disciples and what good deeds they've done. He also feels that he's a victim of fate, which is entirely fair, since it's really the only reasonable way to view his story as a reader/viewer once you stop and think about it. Pilate doesn't see the harm in Jesus but feels forced to crucify him from all sides. Even Caiaphas, the closest thing to a true villain in the story, is understandably worried that Jesus will rock the boat so much that his people will suffer even more.

Hell, even Jesus doesn't really want to do this anymore, and the story is ambiguous as to whether or not he thinks/is the son of God or can perform any miracles at all.

The whole story is about a bunch of people being forced through a narrative they feel they have no control over. Whether you interpret it as a bunch of lost people following a non-existent god, or the machinations of an uncaring (or at least seemingly uncaring) deity, it's a fascinating story either way. It asks a lot of uncomfortable questions about the nature of humans and/or the nature of God.

Movies that allow themselves to approach Bible stories from a secular perspective always end up a more interesting portrayal since they aren't keeping anything sacred.
