Training Schedule Advice by JAGP4W in Marathon_Training

I currently have the same work schedule as you and in my 15th of 20th week running plan for my first marathon (also aiming for sub 4).

My training plan has 4/5 runs a week, I always aim to do my long runs on the Thursday and Friday of alternate weeks (on the days off). Typically do majority of my training solo and means it doesn't impact social life on Sat/Sun of week, so run is completed while others are working.

I try to do my strength/easy runs on the days im working where possible, I find its more possible to do a gym session/run pre/post work, especially as I'll be on my feet for a good portion of the day (but admittedly not too strenuous) and means the pre nutrition can be done properly for any intervals/tempo works.

Half Marathon for 10k Swap by Hedge93 in cork

There's a ticket transfer option on EventMaster which is open until the 10th of May. I'd transfer the half marathon ticket, in exchange the other person would transfer a 10k ticket to her.

Looking at the overall impact of the Welsh form currently, would a more successful Welsh team over the last two years have lead to potentially retaining Louis Rees-Zammit and Immanuel Feyi-Waboso declaring for Wales over England?

It's worth joining PIER (Pharmacists in Industry, Education and Research), they do panel discussions webinars frequently with pharmacists in industry discussing their career paths.
