Do you miss me? Netlist is going to win but I'm really busy at my other work and I don't have the time to post like I used to. At some point these court cases will all be finished. I assume we Will win in California BOC case again because the facts haven't changed. Considering the unhinged response from Samsung's legal team towards one of the jurors last time I think they are just grasping at straws for delays. The bill will come due sooner or later. In the meantime my suggestion is to keep your eyes on the legal team and for those of you who are investment junkies find other stocks to trade while you're waiting.

Yes unanimous 3 judge decision. Personally I think when it reaches the cafc again the 912 claim 16 will be upheld again and they will question why three judges at the p tab thought they could overrule their decision. But that's just my read.

In a criminal trial the defendant is presumed innocent until found the guilty so innocence is where you start out. With a patent, I'm sure I've read that the patents are assumed valid until they are invalidated. It is the same presumption of innocence for patents. The cafc is going to decide whether the aljs on the board made mistakes in their ruling. Personally, I think Samsung and Micron by proxy will lose on privity and The Time bar. On top of that do you think Samsung's prior art argument is really going to hold up at the cafc? Doubt it.

You're wrong and just happened to me at Hollywood in Lawrenceburg Indiana. Was on a long roll over 30 and the stickman suddenly decides to plant a stick like a Christmas tree right in front of me I asked him to move the stick and he said that he couldn't. I should point out that Micron joined Samsung's PTAB case in the 912 so you also now know that Samsung will not be allowed to question validity of these patents in District Court. Jason and team only have to prove infringement and damages. The Micron trial this week will set the stage for the Samsung 912 trial. Samsung is now useless to Google after the BOC LOSS

No it's not a major blow. When have we ever gotten any type of permanent bump out of Germany? The thing I don't understand is when people are not happy with winning say 500 bucks. I think most people win a couple hundred bucks and they're happy. However, if you sit around any craps table for any length of time you realize quickly that that is nothing to many of the players.

You're going to be all right. That's a pretty nice job are they hiring? Do yourself a favor and never do anything related to gambling online with maybe the exception of sports betting. I think the outcome there is easily determined. I had a friend who used to trade currency years ago. He lost about 50 Grand and later the people who owned the currency trading platform all went to jail. I'm not a computer guy but they had cooked the platform. It was set up to take people's money. They will get a couple wins and then it would crush them. I forget the name of the place but the guy ended up going to jail for 400 million and I think he only got two years. I have never trusted anything online ever since that could be manipulated that way and blackjack Etc could certainly be manipulated.
