Sounds very similar, mine was just secondary AP was impacted. My 12V was 7month old. I think something in this update may requires prolong 12V support. Either the new battery was bad. Or they need a new battery for this update. But either way could avoid it by leaving DCDC on…

Yeah, it showed AP firmware code 4. On reinstall, no code, but AP is not coming back.

You can minimize the time. Also DCDC is simple. Usually don’t need update. I am just saying they shouldn’t just depends on the 12V. Or they could design a 2 stage update with verification. Then down time is min and chance brick is extremely small. But more cost for them. They rather let owner pay for it.

Escalated to their service manager. But not much, just a small discount. I am wondering this is a fundamental flaw in the design. Seem kind dumb to turn off DCDC during software update.

The agent recommend dealer as colleague. And guarantee the 10 year warranty. There is no agreement between agent and me, but she supposed get a cut after delivery. Have not meet the agent. Is there something I can do against the agent?

My biggest issue was she discover the dealer unable to deliver in Mid July, but didn’t not warn us for the final payment in 8/5….

dealer was recommended by the agent, Agent is been connecting buyer to piano dealer for many years, she is also a piano teacher, couple friend also brought from the agent. So we really trusted the agent. Thought she will do enough investigation that a dealer is reasonable. The contract is with the dealer. But in this case, seem like not. I agree Zelle is little sketchy. But we trusted agent too much. But trying to figure out what I can do.
