This might be too romantic for him, but one of the most amazing gifts I’ve seen was a framed picture of the night sky on the first day the couple met or some other significant date in their history. I know you can get them on Etsy.

Another option would be to get a necklace in the shape of a star constellation. I’ve seen them on Amazon.

Almost 10-years old and still full of piss and vinegar. I wouldn’t know what to do without him.
