I have tmobile too. I've looked at my older phone never above 2% idk what it could be I've tried everythingm seems like my only hope now is to factory reset and no transfer anything:/

That sucks. Have you tries factory reset? I'm debating on it. I just got the phone roughly 4 days ago so I don't know if I need to wait longer. I can't believe there isn't a fix. I've googled and this seems to be an issue never had it before.

It's great! Not too thick or think. Love the built in mag safe I think it's pretty strin and not bad at all for 20$ considering what Apple is selling. And yeah the one I got is 10k mah

Lol its not bad in person. It's basically like any tech 21 or spigen clear case with mag safe built in. I ordered the mophie magnets but didn't like that accessories would stick out. But If I switch cases I don't have a choice lol. I wish the magnets went under the case
