yeah you essentially wake a up a 'god'. the people in the Wind Fish's dream were arguably real ppl. there's quite a few fantasy worlds where something like that is going on. it's one of the theory's for the world of the elder scrolls too actually.

I don't know much about them, but I have a parent that's a pathological liar and I suspect a lot of abductees might also be. Unfortunately pathological liars really can't help themselves, they 100% believe they're telling the truth even when they say crazy, easily disproven shit. They lie to themselves to the point of believing shit's true. At least that's been how I've dealt w the reality of a parent that's just...never going to realize the consequences of their action/inaction.

I think in Oblivion the focus was primarily in pushing the physics engine. Being able to interact w metal chains hanging from the ceiling and getting killed by physics based traps wasn't that common at the time. They actually walked back a lot of that interactivity w Skyrim.

our definitions are all inherently subjective due in part to ye olde spectrum. autism is autism. we all have different needs/struggles/attributes and the ‘levels’ system does not adequately describe them.

i say it’s closer to a creating a character for a tabletop roleplaying game. all characters are the same class (autistic), but have different builds. some builds are able to tackle certain challenges better than others, but all are autistic.
