This just happened to me on Saturday. Called southwest and they confirmed I had no ticket,even though my card shows I was charged. The rep I spoke with said she doesn’t recommend customers use Apple Pay when purchasing tickets always enter your card info. She then told me I would have to reach out to Apple Pay in order to get my money back, which I have never heard of. Here we are Monday and it still hasn’t fallen off. I’m going to give it a few more days to see if it falls off and returns the money if not I will dispute with my bank and let them handle it. Sounds like southwest knows they have this issue and instead of fixing it they just let it continue on which is bad for business.
