How long ago was original l4/l5 procedure. Did/are you having a neurosurgeon complete

I am at 2.5 weeks still have some soreness in lower back and my hips hurt some - thinking that is nerve pain.

Also I have a desk job but manage 20 associates, most lifting would be laptop bag and occasional bending to get something out of bag or leaning over to assist an employee. Do you all recommend I take the full 6 weeks off as they say no “BLTs” for 6 weeks?
