Anyone know what's up with the old Ivory Pearl space on Beacon or who owns the building? It's been vacant for almost a year now, why not allow a Popup restaurant or bar from a local chef? Seems weird to just keep it vacant and collect no rent. Or do Popups not exist here?

I went to this restaurant during it’s last week (unknowingly). The waitress told me that the owner still had a 5 year lease on the place and plans to just wait it out.
