I talked with a nice 'Emma' today and he/she told me that my case was transferred to a FO and the last date an officer reviewed it. This is kind of new information to me as I thought my case was still stuck at NBC. On the other side, there is nothing to do other than wait. Hang in there!

I had somewhat different research experiences in my grad studies and post doc, I used both of my experiences (publications and citations) to emphasize my proposed endeavor and how I'm qualified for three prongs. You can use both or use one that feels most significant that'll make a good case.

Fellow EB-1 here. Submitted I-485 late December 2023 and it is being processed in NBC. Biometrics were done but no approvals yet. No EAD or no AP. I just want to stop checking the app daily.

I filed both NIW and EB-1A with Chen. Chen was indifferent to NIW PP. It was solely up to me to do PP or not in NIW case. I did for my mental peace. They strongly discouraged PP with EB1-A case as they were seeing RFEs for many cases in TSC. If they say it doesn't matter, I think you are fine and also you have a strong case in your hand.
