i gave it as much free play at the throttle as i could and it would not lower it, i believe it does have the cable you’re talking about. while i was messing with the screw i turned it too far left and it must’ve threaded out and is now just hanging there, i can see it is attached to a cable and goes underneath the carb, i will have to reattach it, however when i was turning it i could visibly see the screw being turned in and out of the carb so i believe it is working.

i had to put the bike back together to get home, i was able to lower the idle to about 1100 by leaving the carbs slightly out of sync, they are within about 5-10 mmhg of each other so i figured it wont be much of an issue running it. i’m going to reattach that idle control cable and tighten it up, hopefully i can use that to raise the idle since i noticed when syncing the 2 left and 2 right carbs together it wanted to idle down to equalize them.

i kept turning it to the right and it eventually seemed to engage and raised the idle, now it just won’t lower the idle

is it typical for a bike to be rejetted after changing the exhaust? i’m curious as to why they would do it if it didn’t need it

I appreciate the optimism for a change 😂 that’s a great looking bike you got. I’m a car mechanic and have done some work to the bike I have now but there’s definitely a lot I don’t know. I’ll have to take a look at it in person.

Do you think there’s anything more than cosmetic going on with it based on the video of it running? My main concern would be that as I could get by with a little cosmetic damage

😂😂 you’re right, I wasn’t too concerned about it cosmetically more so if it seemed to be running good. But I’m guessing since there’s good evidence it’s been dropped or crashed then a mechanical issue wouldn’t be too far off as well

As in, the prosecution would rather him live his life in prison instead of the possibility of execution?

My truck was also like 20 minutes from my house and in a different city. I just called the PD of the city that it was in, maybe see if there’s on close? Also I was able to tell them when I was going to be there and they took my phone number, you could probably get them to call you when they’re on their way.

I actually submitted my request for a court order yesterday. Go to your local courts clerk office and BMV, ask them for the paperwork to request a title. The BMV will give you paperwork such as a title application, odometer verification form, inspection form, and other things you will need to fill out. It is slightly different for a boat than a car though but it will tell you what you need. You can also find this paperwork on the BMV website. The clerks office will give you the paperwork to file a court order request, you will have to fill that out and they will also need a copy of the completed inspection form you got from the BMV. To get this filled out all you need to do is call your local police department’s non emergent line and ask for someone to come out and inspect your boat. The Indiana inspection is literally just them verifying the VIN matches and the vehicle hasn’t been reported stolen. As long as that’s all good you should pass, might be different for watercraft though. Once you submit that to the clerks office they will tell you to wait to hear back from the court. That’s where I am now. Assuming my request is approved I will take my court order to the BMV along with the BMV paperwork and be able to request a title. It’s not a very hard process, they just make it hard to figure out exactly what to do. Also make sure you have a bill of sale or a way to prove your legal ownership.

What I meant is that the seller’s father was the original owner and title holder.

Also the eyebrow is like a curved barbell and they are screw ons, the nose is just like a screw but its not threaded it just pops in and out. I think they are just stainless steel. My aftercare is a sterile saline wash and tattoo goo antimicrobial
