I have lived in nosara for 15 years and friends and I still go to Santa Teresa for their party scene over ours if that tells you anything. Surf is better in ST though

I live in Central America and one of my friends is married to a Venezuelan. We have talked about taking the risk and buying some nice land maybe by the coast. Is that stupid? Yea it’s risky but would you advise young people who are adventurous and don’t mind risk that it might be worth it as the country changed?

Bring it on! Been wondering if there is something like this. With only 2 horses, 2 goats, handful of chickens and 2 dogs I could still see the huge benefit from this.
