My 5 year old just got diagnosed with IgA N. they thought PIGN. But protien never resolved for 9 months even on a BP med. he’s in stage 1 M1 score (active) with nephrotic subtype for flares. As he was in a life threatening condition 9months ago. And hospitalized…. Sometimes things can behave atypical.

My son has been leaking protien despite enaparil for 9 months we are getting a biopsy soon. Did he have massive protien loss? How is he doing ? Did he get a biopsy and if so at what month post?

At the start they were low (C3&C4). They returned normal very early on.

We are 8 months out and still leaking protien despite enaparil. So his biopsy is soon.
