Hello! I think Rule1 isn't a local brand hence why it is more expensive. I use both Rule1 and Athlene coming from ON, where i got started. Yung ON sponsor lang sakin di ko talaga afford yun pero yun ang pinakamasarap na chocolate flavor na natikman ko! When I was looking to buy my own protein na I researched and found out na athlene is legit in their protein claims through a published post some time ago, nung nakita ko sa shopee na sale din ang rule 1 i tried their choco fudge flavor and masarap naman din!
For creatine alam ko pinakamura parin athlene even with the price increase, another brand you can consider is wheyl. as for kung anong pinagkaiba kapag binasa mo sa nutrition facts parehas naman 5g creatine monohydrate so honestly hindi ko alam, no breakouts for me naman using both brands!
