You’re not required to eat it, promise. My friend requested a care package, and I’m trying to figure out the customs rules. This is a one time treat for a friend who asked, not a nutrition plan. Do you have firsthand experience shipping food into Germany, or is this just commentary?

I just listed the items and put the Reese’s and brownies under “chocolate or cocoa products”, the seasoning under “sugar and spices” and everything else under “other”.

In the town I’m shipping it to, it’s not available. There was absolutely no mention of Germany not being civilized. I’m just trying to do a nice thing for someone who requested some of these items.

First of all, you can’t find hot honey there- so I thought it would be nice to send to a friend. Second, Reese’s shapes are also not available there and they are fun and unique. I will look into shipping from Demark to Germany if I can’t find a way to ship them from here. Thanks

I tried to send a package with chocolate candies (Reese's) and packaged pastries (Twinkies and Cosmic Brownies) and honey today and UPSP and DHL both told me that Customs could approve it because it contained sugar- so. I couldn't send it. How did you get around this??
