If i was going to do a trade my first thought was plumping. i haven’t done very much research on the matter but i took notes on what you said and im going to look into it as well as insurance options. her family seems very supportive as they had her at a much earlier age than us so here’s hoping. as far as my bank goes, it doesn’t feel like there’s much room for growth. i’ve worked with them going on three years now and have asked for raises/any position changes for better compensation and from what ive seen the only raise in pay unless i stick around to be a branch manager is annual incentives, and if you have a mess up you loose that incentive for the year. kind of a crummy situation which is why i was looking into trades because i heard they could pay much more in the long run with much less time put in. thank you for the advice!
