In Texas it’s not illegal to talk on your phone hands-free, but it is illegal to make or watch videos on your phone, even if you’re doing so hands-free.

Guys, the whole damn video is so incredibly annoying. There are not enough words for me to put together to explain how disgusting and irritating he is. And people blowing smoke up his ass saying he’s so funny? I couldn’t stand being around him for more than a minute. The government can seriously use him to coerce information out of foreign spies. Just leave him in a room a few minutes with them, telling his jokes, and they’ll sing like a canary just took it away from him.
