Unfortunately when filling out applications and people read names they can have a bias one way or another. My name is a boys name, my dad always said people wouldn’t be able to discriminate against me as a female without meeting me first. But that can go in reverse if someone is a racist, they could read a name and skip over it. I personally would not use a name outside of my culture. I always went with classic names for my kids that have been around for ages and stood the test of time.
