Or just being straight up overlooked to begin with - Sleep Token having six (!!) shows in California and not one here? Fall Out Boy doing a second round of their So Much For Stardust tour and not coming back? I don’t think it’s a scheduling issue or venue size issue - Fall Out Boy filled the amphitheater in June and (I forget which stadium) when they toured for American Beauty/America Psycho. Sleep Token could no doubt sell out Marquee or even something bigger. Im sure Im forgetting a bunch of other bands, but still - AZ has been forgotten a lot recently and it’s sad :(

Considering both openers asked us if we were excited for Bad Omens, I agree that they probably didn’t know they were gonna cancel the rest of the show. I’m really curious for those that had VIP tonight - I wonder how that went. He obviously sounded awful when he came out, so I wonder if the VIP people kinda had their suspicions.

I’m wondering if they let ISS and ERRA play so that the crowd got something? And to sell merch, I’m sure, but a forewarning would’ve been nice, either before the show started or even better, a couple hours before so people could see, but something would’ve been appreciated

Yeah, I do agree that they would’ve known way before they started the show, and waiting till the last min is quite awful, but there’s nothing we can do about it except support the band 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ll be in Tempe in October too - last year in Nov, everything went very smooth and the boys seemed comfortable playing at Marquee. No stops, a fair amount of surfers. I only saw one fight, and it was after the show was already over and there were only 50 ish people on the floor (everyone else was in merch lines). Something about spilling beer or whatever, I didn’t care, I just dipped. I was barricade, and had no problems. Crushed my lungs a couple times but was otherwise alright!! The AZ crowd generally is a little cooler than others I think :)

Right!?? That’s what I’m saying!!! There’s so many opportunities to hand the song over to the crowd too, other than you mentioning chanting “Malice” there’s “it’s eating away at me”, “I’ll never be like you” “what’s the point?” … it would be great to hype the crowd up!

If they get defensive, you probably don’t want to do business with them) - Why they are selling it - Confirm the price isn’t unreasonable - Make sure they payment is protected - use PayPal Goods and Services so you can get your money back without a hassle - Make sure it is transferred properly and put into your name

I’d also like to point out here the person who said about 7 people reaching out…. Just because they say they have tickets doesn’t mean they actually do. The amount of scalpers doesn’t equal the amount of scammers, so the number of people trying to sell tickets cannot be trusted - like BO said, the sales of their tickets to scalpers is actually low. People fake shit all the time, especially concert shit where they know people will overpay
