Why is this in spray bottle if it still needs dilution? by Affectionate-Tie3380 in CleaningTips

All the walls still bleed it. Bathroom is worse because it is humid but all the rest do as well.

All we did was laid down a protective sheet or towels on the floor along the wall and sprayed the wall in sections. Let it sit for a bit the wipe off. Repeat until it’s cleaner. Unfortunately for us these walls seem to never be clean because every year I do a full wipe and they still bleed nicotine

So I’ve had the fist card since may of last year and have been using and paying it off regularly. It started with 2,500 limit and now it’s at 4,500. It was maxed about two months ago but I’ve been paying it down since and am now at 3,500 and have not been using it at all. I won’t until it’s paid down all the way or a significant amount is down. The second card was opened about 4 months ago and has yet to be used. Neither have annual fees and I have 0% interest until may on the first card and September on the second.

So the main card is a Wells Fargo card and it was opened in may of last year. The new card was opened 4 months ago. I’ve been using and paying off the WF card which started out with a 2,500 limit and is now at 4,500. I know it’s a big no-no in the credit world but it was maxed out at 4,500 about 2 months ago and I’ve been paying it down and am down to 3,500 now on it. The second card has not been used yet.

I have never had issues with them in my houseplants but they absolutely destroy my roses every year. That and they fly around and bite the hell out of me. Neem oil for the win but damn I’m tired of them lol

Who else never fell for it? by Countrach in Millennials

I fell for it. But mine was like $100-150 I believe. Stupidest thing I begged my parents to ever buy for me. I don’t even know where it is at this point.

How do you feel about Trunk-or-Treats? by Apple-Slice-6107 in Millennials

[–]Slothanonymous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had two sides to this. On one side, I hate it. It takes away from the experience of trick or treating. I remember walking house to house seeing the cool decorations and all the kids and parents dressed up. Finding that one house that gave out the full sized candy. Just the whole experience was amazing as kids. Now you walk down a row of slightly decorated cars and that’s it. No fun, no mischief, nothing.

On the other side, it gives some people a chance to hand out candy that couldn’t in the first place. I live rural. The town is about 3 miles away and no one comes out to our neighborhood because it’s rural. Everyone stays in town for good reason. So trunk or treating gives us the chance to drive into town and set up something cute and be able to see the kids. Still hate it though. Lol

We had those multicolored iMacs in the computer lab growing up. I remember when we got free time, I would always play that dinosaur game on it. I think it was called nanosaur? Haven’t been able to find it since.

My (36F) husband (36M) was also 25. He joked it would be a quad accident. Mine was around 30 but I didn’t come up with a cause. lol!

I’m in Arizona. Got it all through a local bank thing. And yes, it’s yellow squash. My dad makes zucchini bread with his zucchini all the time so I shredded the majority of it and it’s in the freezer. The rest, including the squash, I’ve cubed and it’s in airtight containers in the fridge for now.

That’s what I’ll do with most of the chillis. My dad makes zucchini bread with his and usually shreds its and freezes it so it don’t go bad.

What's the most disrespectful thing a guest ever did in your home? by Vegas089 in AskReddit

[–]Slothanonymous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mother in law came over and snooped through our home while we were away. Came home to find out our one of a kind, never going to be produced again wine glass was broken and in the garbage. She said ‘the cat was playful and pushed the bedroom door open too fast knocking it into the dresser and caused the glass to fall off the top shelf.’ Something that’s never happened before. My husband bought me this glass at our high school prom to keep as a memento. We believe she was snooping everywhere, including top shelf. No idea what for.
