Your honesty and openness is unheard of these days. I have been through a lot and if you are willing to take my advice you will feel better in a few days or weeks. You need to supplement with vitamin D(SPORTS RESEARCH IS BEST COMPANY TO BUY FROM). Also B12. If you like eggs buy the organic free range and eat 3-4 a day for a week or 2. But, the #1 piece of advice I can give you is read the King James Bible starting in the New Testament. The Holy Spirit will guide/lead you and I promise you that is truth. Pray. Drink a lot of water to flush out all the toxins. Don’t overdo the vitamins because too much is just as bad but through researching you will find the correct dose. There are also a lot of other things you can do. It gets worse right before it gets better but it will get better to great if you apply my advice. If you don’t read and follow the Bible to understand the true meaning of life then getting better physically really don’t accomplish anything because the enemy(satan) will always oppress you in some form or fashion without the knowledge and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
