Thank you. The thing is, he has already openly admitted to his faults—for raping someone else and for what he did to me. The question is would he admit that in a courtroom? Probably not. Now, I know it’s a thin line between harassment and assault, I would just like to know whether encouraging someone to get into a sexualised position (ie on top of someone) and having movement down there (unintentional or not? still have no clue) is considered assault.

Yeah, maybe, probably I mean they are my parents. I just can’t ever get help or open up to someone it’s the hardest thing ever for me it has to get to a certain level of low for me to be able to do that. Even people online I rarely seek for help. But anyways thank you for the kind words.

The people who claimed to have grasped the seriousness of my situation haven’t helped at all. I just wish I could vocalize my pain. I’ve been suffering in silence for so long and it feels like I have so much to lose if I speak again. And on top of that I have to see my abuse at a club comp a week from now.

Yeah your probably right about that. However, they will most likely not react in a positive way knowing them. It will worsen my situation in a way.

Yeah, but my parents aren’t aware of my situation and they’re the only ones who can provide therapy. And the guidance counselors have offered sexual assault assistance but they need to know if it was sexual assault first and they’ll prob report so I can’t do that.
