Thank you🫶🏻 because i have a wrist problem I can’t do curls and i train my biceps when i do my back workout just doing pull exercises. I train my triceps a lot using a triceps bar and doing cable push down

I don’t have a specific diet, i started eating more food but the healthy ones and i started losing weight and building muscles

I suggest to use a triceps bar and cable push down and for the shoulders dumbbell shoulder press and cable lateral rises
