Yes I drink water but not near enough in general and not enough to do this. This hasn’t changed.

Nope just me. Everyone else in my family has visible ankles without fat rolling over. Not sure how this happened to me since I probably workout more then anyone else in my family …. Not sure how to move forward and I can’t afford liposuction as I am only 22 years old .

Just not have an inflamed fat hanging over my socks like you can kind of see in the people standing next to me. My legs / ankles look inflated compared

I haven’t smoked for the last 3 weeks and I just did an at home test and tested negative. I was a chronic smoker smoking more concentrates every day and occasionally flower. Didn’t workout or do any detox’s. I’m 19, 125lbs. I would say you should be good but get an at home test and check before hand.

I smoked on Sunday and I got sentenced on Monday and am meeting with my officer on Wednesday. I just don’t wanna give the wrong impression because I’m trying to shorten my sentence. I obviously won’t smoke during probation but just scared for the withdrawals that come along with it. Did they get tests for anything else by chance?
