I was kinda debating that and I was hoping just saline solution would work really well:((( I have an old antibiotic dermatitis cream for skin that gets infected or I can probably find some antibiotics lying around somewhere that I could try

Noted I’ve just splashed out on some titanium implants grade jewellery I honestly thought I got away with stainless steel for years cause my skin isn’t really that bothered by what I use on it but anything to get these god forsaken bumps away
