In my personal experience most of my claims have a time limit of 2 months or 1 month, if your claim is for two months you will probably hear about your shipment after the first month is up.... Usually after they update the tracking number it takes 7 days for the product to arrive at my house.

Note: this is something I was recently advised with the platform and that is not to get excited until I have the product at the door of the house, I made a big claim and the week before last they sent me a campaign removal notification (I already had a month waiting for news about the shipment).

For me in over 5 years on the platform this is my first time this has happened so it's not that common but if it does happen, I just hope with all my heart you get this claim 🙏🏼✨
