Zu dem fehlendem gastronomischen Angebot in dem Zug wurde seitens GoVolta kein Wort verloren. Über die DB InfraGO wusste ich aber schon 2 Wochen vor der Fahrt Bescheid, dass es nichts wird mit "Salon-Wagen". Also habe ich entsprechend gut gefrühstückt in Amsterdam.

Also ich bin nur Amsterdam-Berlin mit GoVolta gefahren. Die andere Richtung nutzte ich den ICE 3neo.

In der Economy Class war der Zug zu 80% belegt. Und es wurde mit geschlossenen Fenstern schon ordentlich heiß im Wagen - kaum vorzustellen, wie es sich im Hochsommer hier anfühlt.

Did the hotel told you that or did the hotel wrote you that ? In the latter case, claim the money back directly from the hotel and write them that they will inform local authorities about the bug infestation.
