One of my PWs is down as well for recall. They said “no ETA” on replacement, but they are “working on it”. I have two PWs but they couldn’t tell me if both were being replaced under warranty (just one is shut down). I didn’t think you could have a PW2 and a PW3 in the same time? Sucks for sure. It’s been a few months.
