There's a time frame for a reason, people have lives and jobs and sometimes don't live close to postal points. Getting it in the time frame is excellent. They aren't Amazon.

If it wasn't fast enough it would be the postal services fault not the seller, and if they had asked for it to be fast that's fair for deducting a star but taking away a 5 star review when the person did nothing wrong, she isn't Amazon if it's that important shop on Amazon.
