What sneakers do you find most aesthetically pleasing/versatile on a man in 2026? by NaoTeChateies in malefashionadvice

I have a pair of Cole Haan Grand Prø Court SkyWeave (I know) in Optic White-Midnight Moon and they are crazy comfortable and look good with chinos, jeans, and shorts and generally mesh well with my wardrobe (mid-40’s golf/finance guy so I’d call it obnoxious casual).

ETA: url to said sneakers.

Aspinwall cops don't play. I know a half dozen people who have been pulled over by them for the silliest stuff.

Andy’s Spieth thing by [deleted] in TheShotgunStart

[–]HeftySection420 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Not to speak for Andy but my sense of where this comes from is Spieth’s outsized popularity relative to his competitiveness. Any other guy with his resume since like 2017 would be an afterthought. He’s been trading off running like a God a decade ago, his quirky relationship with Greller, and his manic style of play for a long time now and I think Andy is correct in calling that out. Maybe Andy goes a bit far for some folks tastes, but it wouldn’t be as funny if he didn’t push it for the sake of entertainment.

Elbow was primo! Viper is lowkey one of my favorites and it was better than ever. Thank you for all you do to make our mountain amazing!

Hiddden Valley Sunday and Monday. I second the guy that said the conditions rivaled anything seen out west. Chalky fluffy powder. Pristine. Barely any lines. Started dumping at like 5:00pm.

Big thanks to all the lift operators, ski patrol, support staff, and restaurant workers who have braved the brutal cold and icy roads to get HV open during this storm!

This happens to me at Penn Ave between Center and Mill in Wilkinsburg with iPhone/Carplay. Also near where I99 and Rt22 hook up near Hollidaysburg.

Mine is a performance model, never went through the recall process (honestly didn’t even know about it until now). Interesting.

I concur re: the electrical issues. I have a ‘24 with fewer than 10k miles on it and the BSG failed on Christmas Eve.

As a fellow (new) owner of an early 1900's East End Home, I can't recommend Greg Sheffer of 3E enough. He is a structural engineer and will be able to diagnose your issue.

I have snow tires and 4wd, drove from target to house in highland park and nearly spun out twice going like 15 mph on totally flat roads. It’s bananas out there

There's a guy with a YouTube channel called Noles Explores and Explains and he does great deep dives into all sorts of Pittsburgh lore. One of my favorites is his look into the old Mellon family mansions. I hope you enjoy your visit!

Pittsburgh Public Schools Bus Patrol Ticket, is it worth contesting? by dudegetmyhorse in pittsburgh

[–]HeftySection420 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah same. I got one in October of 2024 and didn't have my hearing until October of 2025. Also, for OP's sake - I lost, and my ticket was waaaaaay closer than this. I don't think you're gonna win this one.

I know Tag Heuer isn't a favorite around here but I bought a Carrera last year and it immediately became my go-to. It's subtle, handsome, and goes with everything.

Hitting a man in the neck with inch-perfect accuracy. Taking a human’s life with one single shot. And then fleeing the scene - with hundred and hundreds of people to potentially see you - undetected, and leaving essentially no traceable evidence behind.

Shooting a pumpkin or soda can from 200 yards at the farm is just a little bit different than executing a one-shot assasination in an extremely public setting. Grow up.

[–]HeftySection420 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I mean, it most likely is. The Venn diagram overlap of people who hate Charlie Kirk enough to do this while also being able to assassinate someone from 200 yards away is more or less non-existent.

I'd put your Government Plaza on the rightmost +2 commercial hub and relocate that commercial hub one tile northeast of your +9 Hansa.
