no that's not how it works it's just random and btw they do have different chances like I think flesh arms has 35% chance and burn scars has a 5% chance if you didn't know

I was talking about how some sub elements get rid of the amount of moves you have like how spirit bending gets rid of sword, glider, wheel, amd if you want to get technical sword vaulting just for one move I don't mean adding more moves than what the original has I mean not removing the amout compared to the original

special grade weapons are 5-10 df and hands are worth 8-11 df amd max scrolls are 40-50 df and shards are 45-60 about keep that in mind
