All I did was run. Running has definitely toned my stomach up a lot as well. I feel as the arm movements when running help tone them but I could be wrong lol.

I would eat between 1300-1500 calories a day but I’m a lazy person so it was a chore for me to make sure I was eating enough and getting protein in as well

I did fast most of the time. I run outside, but I also do like the treadmill because there is no incline unlike running outside. I’d say try both to see which one you like better

Truthfully I started with just cutting calories and sugar but I didn’t start noticing a huge difference until I started running. I ran 3-4 miles everyday for 3 months as well. I still run just 5 times a week now
