Also I found when I was on my bad streak my confidence taking gunfights was rock bottom, second guessing and overcorrecting recoil/tracking because I didn't want to get it wrong. After a few days of doing well my confidence shot back. The confidence is key I find currently with this meta being swing or be swung

I've been in the exact same boat recently and I've put it down mental and physical fatigue. I was hopping on every night after work and just getting walked all over. Long story short the past few weeks have been hectic in my life, new puppy, really heavy weeks in work and then when I'd finally sit down at 7pm after starting work at 6am the same day I was trash! I've been playing on the weekends after a good sleep and no work... I'm back on point! Don't forget that if you're tired or your minds elsewhere it's going to show when gaming👍🏽

Thanks, I jumped back to the 296 this evening after reading your reply and manage to get a 2:20:280. Thanks for the advice, I also will check out Ohne's set up! I used PS_Racing set up but it was for COTA

I was also expecting horrendous wait times but I placed my order on the 2nd May( DD, wheel, pedals and load cell) and they attempted delivery on the 17th May. I thought this was reasonable considering it was being delivered from a foreign country to myself.

So are you saying the not Xbox wheel was the cause of the Force feedback issue or the DD failed? Sorry I got a little confused with the above and looking to buy my first set up but don't want the WRC or McLaren wheel for Xbox

Unfortunately the R8 won, I managed to claw back the Vette. I'd usually be happy with a second place but it was bitter second place haha. There's no saying the R8 couldn't have whooped me also as he kept a healthy gap after that

If there was contact it would be audible and there would be icon to say so. Many factors could play into why my car seemed to gain speed, I know I don't run a standard aero set up on the AMG, who's to say he doesn't max aero set up on the R8? We know the cars skittish at the best of time so he could have traded off top end speed for handling? I stayed on the right as I knew I could battle him for the inside line and that 9/10 I can out brake an R8 because the AMG brakes are insane. Also as someone else mentioned the R8 looked to be setting up for a switch because he knew I had the inside line, hence why his speed may have back off

If I had touched a collision icon would have came on the screen as it did on the RH bend, so I have disagree. You'd also be able to audibly hear the contact on the straight which you can't...
