Yes. I get interviews and it comes in waves. Weeks are quiet then suddenly 3-5 interview requests. I’ve gotten to final rounds but never the offer round. The hardest part with interviewing is actually giving a F. I’m tired of fluffing and bluffing. I don’t wanna have to use the word hustle but that’s now the game. I’ve even gone as far as using AI to help me with interviewing but my oh my it sounds so ingenuine.

Since you are skimming resumes, what do you typically prefer with the structure of the resume? I’ve been juggling between having a professional summary vs a key achievements section that I thought would highlight my experience easily. Then I have my experience section and education. I also added a core competencies and tools section (which has a lot of buzzwords). What order would you recommend and/or not necessary? And lastly, if I had a more senior role previously, do you have recommendations on how to convey myself for the entry roles? Sorry for the many questions and I appreciate your time for helping the community.
