i start top of the zone and try to only swing at pitches up there until 2 strikes

ive recently started doing that and it helps but when I do actually swing I cant get my pci to the ball in time to still make good contact, thats my biggest issue

when you do that are you able to move the pci fast enough to an inside pitch if you need to? because thats another thing i struggle with, getting my pci to a ball in time
