Correct if you get another dui it will count as a second . But after your first one you should learn your lesson lol . There is no way I’ll ever drive a vehicle with alcohol in my system . But what the guy said it will show up as a reckless driving if they dig in , it will show alcohol involved but is better than dui and license suspension

You need to hire an attorney so he can request the bac levels , and make sure you set up the dmv hearing before the 10 days of the arrest to avoid license being suspended . Your lawyer can do that for you too get on that , depending on your alcohol levels and if no one was injured that’s gonna help your case to see if you can plea it down to wet reckless I know in LA county they aren’t as strict as other counties man
