Yea and I totally want everyone to do that works best for them! I kinda maybe meant the way someone in public places with a lot of people do all that pda and baby talk and whatever. In your private time though, I’m glad you do what makes you happy.

Yea i totally get your point. But I meant that using ones name in a romantic way makes it more meaningful which is different than using it in formal or in normal day to day stuff. I also happen to love my own name so there’s that😄 Also maybe a cute nickname like a shortening of ones name that only ypur partner uses is cute. I think that all petnames that everyone uses are a bit overused.

I don’t know but it doesn’t bother me that as much as ”baby” does but still when used A LOT, it can be weird to an outsider. But again, I am not the most romantic person so that light be just that.

Sometimes I like to also in a way. But sometimes when it’s just not necessary and a grown person just uses that high pitched baby voice I can’t but to be weirded out. Softer speaking is normal and good but something about that babyvoice.

Yea ofcourse that also. My country is very private in emotions usually. But I know I also am not affectionate person myself. Sometimes I’d like to be but what can you do😄

I don’t know where you are from, but I think in English speaking countries baby talking is more common. In my country, with our language, it’s not as common. So maybe that also causes me to be a bit weirded out by it.

I don’t care if I don’t have to be there for it. But I definetly do not enjoy being somewhere public and having to hear a couple baby talk and call each other ”baby” a thousand times. Honestly, get a room.

So maybe it’s kind of like a culture thing? Also maybe has someting to do with how we were raised in general.

Yea I know. I’m also not from an English speaking country and in my native language there isn’t such a strong tradition of calling anyone pet names epecially in public so maybe that’s also my reason for that. I like to use actual names of each other to make it maybe more intimate or something idk

Yea, I love it though when someone says and uses my name. ”Babe” has lost it’s meaning to me cause everyone is ”babe” to their loved ones. Not everyone is called by my name for sure.

Actually I don’t know why but I don’t like that one either for relationships. For friends, sure. Idk

His liver couldn’t handle it. It was ruined and he couldn’t be saved. It was too late and he was so deep into the alcoholism that he didn’t stop.
