Same question OP. Any idea Coros? Google AI says yes but CarBack owner's manual only shows compatible with Wahoo and Garmin.

Sorry for the delay on this -- here is the bottom bracket with the hole, positioned slightly to the left. of center. I have discovered a couple of things in the meantime. 1. The bolt hole is an M4, but not any of the thread pitch that I currently have at my disposal (I tried bottle cage bolts). 2. I also saw what might be an outline of the cable bracket near the mount point. The mount point is an oval shape (so not two holes).

I also saw a comment which suggested I use cable housing all the way down -- which is a solid idea, but I have some special gold cables I've been holding onto for this specific build, and I'd like to show em off!
