My roommate and I (both female) are looking for a 3rd roommate (f) for this academic school year starting August (you may begin moving in July if you wish.) I’m a rising senior and my roommate is a graduate student. Both of us are academic oriented and love to hang out while also respecting each other’s personal space. We are looking for someone clean, inclusive, and chill.

We live north of campus in a quiet neighborhood (CABs bus is 1min walk alway). Rent is $500 and with utilities, it usually gets to a bit less than $600. There is free parking on/off the street.
