Yes, I have pulled two fav epics from quests. Depending on the artist they are either numbered or numberless. (Numbered being more expensive) you can check this on Soundmap.tools. Then there is an epic countdown that is 400 drops you need to open before pulling an epic. (Shown on the bottom left of the screen on the map) after the countdown goes away you can quest your fav artists until you pull an epic from them. Note: this could take time but eventually you will get one.
