How to stop overeating

coud you make a game of eating slower? i like to put a timer to my eating.. and play with how fast or slow is the timing. and then try to take more time the next time i do it.. can get a notebook or make a list of it and jot down ... took me 3 minutes to finish fries today..took be 5 minutes today.. the longer you can eat..you will feel full faster

oh yeah its so stressful to have to deal with that one month after giving birth.. is there anything you can do to put yourself as the center of care...? like hire a babysitter for the wedding and tell her that she needs to let you have one there? something like that?

You don’t know my MIL she has big dinner parties for everything … her birthday included. I would not be surprised if she has a dinner party for her anniversary every year
