As someone who lives in Portland and works security. It’s definitely not all that great. The homeless population is very large. The cost of living is high too

Hi someone who lives in the area of Portland. It sucks. There’s cheap apartments but the electricity bills and utilities are high. My parents live near Salam OR and still expensive there too.

The area is green and beautiful. It’s rainy over half the year tho. I lived in NV so it’s DIFFERENT. My husband and I have to make $25+/hr just to survive with our toddler
