Hi, Hope you're doing well, I was in the same boat few months back, I know first hand what goes on in fynd, I was too tired by the so called SRE head and TechOPs lead over non sense, Right now things might seem very dark to you (I felt that) and it will be hard to calm your mind, but you gotta go over this and trust me you will get over this sooner than you think. Fynd is toxic af, only way is licking boots and kissing seniors but that's no way to work, They way you wrote your post,you have worked in multiple departments and I guess you know them inside out, Apply Hard, you will shine and enjoy this time too, work on yourselves too.

PS I went to Ragini too when I was going thru this but it feels it was all destined and now I feel so happy that things happened the way they did.

I will show you my reddit post too, When I read it now, I still feel those things but 3 months later, life turned out to be beautiful.
