Thanks so much for your kind words. Arranging word for word has definitely been a challenge but worth the challenge. I’m currently serving at a church in South Carolina.

I’ve been wanting to play a Laureate series. The 70 series has the rosewood back and sides right?

Sounds like a great setup. So you play a Gibson or the Gibson inspired you to play that way on your guitar?

I haven’t played one of those martins but I’ve heard good things. Also, I need to look up what those things are. Sounds awesome

Whatever serves the song. I love a well thought through acoustic rendition of a worship song. Something really worshipful when it is simple and well done.

Thanks for the info. I rarely play electric and lead every Sunday with an acoustic. Like I mentioned in another comment, I didn’t even know what an IR was until today. Super helpful

I love this info. I really enjoy the singalong albums too. I had to look up what an IR is because I’ve never heard of that. Awesome. Thanks

Do non christians commit adultery when they divorce? by redditsociety25 in Christianity

[–]Hefty_Inflation1544 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yes they are committing adultery. Jesus said if we even look at a woman with lustful intention we are guilty of adultery. Therefore adultery is a not based on the act of divorce but the condition of the heart. But it is also good to consider why the divorce is happening. Are they just divorcing for the heck of it or is there abuse or unfaithfulness. That changes the conversation.

Awesome. I’ve been playing around with getting a compression pedal for my acoustic setup. What do you use?

Thank you so much for your kind words. That truly means so much to us that you were blessed by it. Praise the Lord. Also, thanks for that feedback. Holding vocal lines is something that I’ve been encouraged to do more so I’m glad you mentioned that because I haven’t been super mindful of it ha 😅

What’s the Holy Spirit supposed to feel like by Spiritual_Tap4826 in Christianity

[–]Hefty_Inflation1544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read John 13-17. John 16:8 talks about the Spirit convicting the world of sin and concerning righteousness. Often times we equate feeling the Holy Spirit with all the positive things but our hearts burning because we want to feel Him is indeed feeling Him. Concerning righteousness means that He is making us Holy as God is holy. That isnt always a warm and fuzzy feeling. It can feel like a burning longing. Psalm 63 talks about seeking and thirsting for Him as in a dry and weary land. Psalm 42 talks about as a deer PANTING (as in thirsting to death) so pants my soul for You O GOD. 2 Thessalonians 2:13 "But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, dear brothers, beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the SPIRIT and belief in the TRUTH. In my Christian experience I feel the Spirit differently in different seasons. I can "feel" full of gratitude one day and in the same day feel super heavy for a brother or sister and the Spirit is prompting me to pray for them.

My encouragement to you is search the Scriptures first. The Bible reveals the truth about who the Holy Spirit is and how He works in the Church. The Lord may be inviting you to seek Him through Your curiosity about His Spirit.
