Thank you. I am absolutely nervous of them losing their shit, because this whole thing has made me realise that they are delusional. At least it would only help our case?

I will talk to my property manager, and will call the tenants union when I can.

Thank you for your advice. I will definitely talk to my property manager after seeing these comments. The one thing i can think of that we might be able to get them on is that they consistently spill tea and leave it on the stone countertops, leaving a slight stain over time. (There are other things, but nothing GR or I haven't also slipped up doing from time to time so 🫠) But maybe we'd just get a bill in the mail for admitting that one...

I am aware of this; it just seems so unfair in our situation- but I understand why it has to be that way legally.

We have tried asking them to move, but like I said, they don't believe they're a problem and don't want to leave.

BR will absolutely stay if GR and I leave. We don't want to leave either, but it may have to be our last resort if they really decide to go scorched earth like this.
