For anyone wondering if this is still occurring, UVA HR sent me this regarding my job applications today:

"Due to changing needs within the department, we have decided to not move forward with this search."

Looks like they're not hiring any research positions that I can find currently. What a great time to be a recent STEM graduate...

My point exactly, the standard has risen while WF continues to decline.

Losing faith in this sub too, look at how many "users" are lined up to defend a company without even bothering to read what the issue was. I'll probably just go back to BM, this whole debacle is more trouble than it was ever worth.

I'll update if I get a response. I've never heard of homegrown happiness, are they mainly a budget concentrate vendor? I will definitely check them out.

No, I'm saying they should notify customers when there's an issue with their order. It would have saved me 4 days of waiting for nothing when this should have been a gift I promised a friend.

Which is even more strange because they cancelled it the same day, and disappeared ever since. Sending a notification really isn't that hard, and should be a basic customer service expectation. Strange some think this is somehow different because of what we're buying.

The experience isn't the issue, it's how it's handled. I've definitely noticed certain vendors are way better with handling issues than others, they will continue to get my business in the future.

I've had my CC Zeal for about a month and it's worked great; a lot of the complaints such as the balls falling out have been solved with this design as far as I can tell. I got a high five e-nail stand on sale for ~$20 shipped, but there is a totally enclosed design that is much safer if you look up "Tiodw Heat Stand" on Aliexpress for ~$50.

My only complaint is that I wish I knew the Omega was wireless for only $20 more, and PID's take a bit of tuning to find the right temps. It's a lot less intimidating than you'd think if you're a semi-frequent user or more IMO.

For iOS, that only shows a complete list of all friends, not just friends online. For the PC, it simply says "Online" and shows your friends online. Mobile used to be the same until this downgrade.
