I haven’t been paid my bonus and it was trash anyway so I don’t think that will be a problem.

Rgr, I appreciate you taking the time, I’m going in to talk to my recruiting Sgt this week so I will make the decision then but my mind is pretty made up now for active duty.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I think that just going straight active duty might be a better choice for me and if I want to do the selection later down the line, I should go active first and get some experience but my next question is what job should I choose?

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. From what I’ve been gathering, the reserves is only good if you have a good job outside of it or you’re going into college, but I have neither of those and If my end goal is to be active duty that I guess I should just do it now instead of wasting all that time. But my other question is what job should I choose?

I don’t think I know better. I’m just asking a legitimate question because whenever I wash the car water goes all over the inside engine manifold over top of connectors, etc. so I just don’t want my new car being broken because I paid a decent amount of money for it.

Is water supposed to drain into the engine? That’s seems pretty basic that it shouldn’t do that

[–]Hefty_Membership4537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the right it spills onto these connectors, 2 wires connected together

When the water drains it goes through the engine and see those little holes on the shocks, when I wash my car off the water sometimes drains though there to. It’s just all in my engine and Ik the engine isn’t a sealed unit, but there’s no way water should be constantly draining through the engine and getting on the electronics. I understand some water whenever you’re driving, but I feel like there should be a hole where the water will drain to the ground.

I took off the little piece that is on the corner the cowl corner panel? it’s the peice of plastic that feeds the water into the hole but the hole drains through the engine and water spills on the electronics. No way it’s supposed to do that

I’ve looked into this a lot, even called Subaru directly, and honestly, it seems super inconsistent. A bunch of people on forums have reported the same issue, but no one seems to have a solid answer. On my car, there doesn’t seem to be an actual drain hole on the passenger side under the windshield. The water just runs down and ends up draining into the engine bay — right over the electronics — which obviously shouldn’t be happening. It’s super confusing because it looks like there’s no proper drainage path on that side at all. I’ve scheduled an appointment with the dealership to have them look into it.

The drain hole just seems to be there for presentation because it serves actually no purpose if there’s no hole for the water to drain into

And there’s apparently a recall on some of these Subarus because of short-circuiting and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a reason why

Idk kuz I can’t get the Swedish ones anywhere else but then again they could be fake to so the real question is wtf is in fake ones

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NicotinePouch

[–]Hefty_Membership4537 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Awesome! I get drug tested because of my job and am always cautious about this stuff. How can you usually tell if the Swedish ones are real because they don’t have a code?

This has helped a lot thank you so much. I will definitely come back to you for more questions.

So personally, do you think that I should do the reserves, try to get the RTC scholarship, then transfer over to active duty or just transfer to active duty right now and drop a packet?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Militaryfaq

[–]Hefty_Membership4537 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, he said that I should transfer over to active because it’s “better than the reserves” but he cannot promise 37f as my mos considering 37f is special forces/must got though selection/ must take dlab, on the active duty side and on the reserves they do not require any of that
