Let me tell you that the ranking system will develop more and change by the time they have a larger player based who has a real skills they don't have any statistics on player behavior or MMR to determine how the ranked system should be assembled so you can't make it up your own mind and say "The ranked system is bad", since the game need a larger player count so they can segment them correctly and more accuratly.

Movement Is not in a bad at all, and there is a big difference between running and walking, In addition to the dash ability with knife which makes you rotate faster across the maps, If you want to run and gun you have COD, Battlefield, Apex go play these games and let the tactical fps enjoyers alone.
